Thought Machine plugs into Wise’s money transfer API

Thought Machine, the London-based core banking provider working closely with Lloyds and Standard Chartered, has integrated with Wise’s international transfer service. Formerly known as TransferWise, Wise – now valued at $5 billion – offers three products: Wise, Wise Business, and infrastructure-based Wise Platform. Both companies claim the API integration “reduces the developer effort” for financial institutions by up to 60% It’s this last application programme interface (API)-based offering which Thought Machine is plugging into via its own ‘Vault’ platform.
